ATLANTA (November 1, 2018) — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is inviting Brunswick County in North Carolina to apply for a $74 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan for improvements at the Northwest Water Treatment Plant.
